2. Studio Policy and Info:
- The space is 3,300 sq ft with 2 bathrooms
- Both rooms are included in your rental. The front room is 2200 sqft and the back room is 1100 sqft
- You may not sell tickets at your event, you are welcome to sell tickets before but not at the event
- You can decorate the space however you want just as long as you do not damage the walls
- We can provide you with 50 chairs, 2 couches, 6 benches, and three 6ft long tables. You can bring in more chairs and tables if needed
- Catering/food and alcohol is allowed but the selling of alcohol is not allowed
- Renter must be 21 or older to book the studio.
- Event can not continue past midnight.
- The max occupancy is 200 guests.
Speakers: Basic A/V. Access and use of the sound system is included in the fees outlined in this agreement. The basic A/V equipment includes one speaker in the front and back room. Additional A/V equipment can be rented for an additional cost. All A/V equipment must be returned in the exact condition it was prior to the engagement. Renter is responsible for any damage, functional or cosmetic, to the A/V equipment. Renter will be charged for parts and labor for repair and or replacement of equipment.
Setup/Clean Up: You will have 30 minutes before and after your scheduled booking to decorate and clean up. A Legacy employee will be present to open and lock up the studio. Any extra time will be billed at your normal hourly rate.
Studio Condition: The studio must be returned to the condition it was in previously, the means the studio must be swept, garbage emptied, and debris cleared. You also have the option of not cleaning which must be noted before the event, this will incur an $80 fee. Any additional cleaning done by studio staff will be charged at your normal hourly rate for the duration of the cleaning.
Parking: Free parking is available along the park, no permit is required. We do recommend parking along the park. There are also two private parking spaces in the back of the Studio.

- Tuesday, Thursday: 6-9PM
- Saturday: 10AM-1PM
- Sunday: 10AM-4PM
Normal Available Studio Hours:
- Monday- Thursday: 8AM-6PM
- Friday: 10PM-12AM
- Saturday: 2PM-12AM
- Sunday: 5PM-12AM
3. Payment Info:
It is recommended that you book asap due to high demand of rental space. Peerspace policy runs on a first come first serve basis. Once you request a booking and pay the rental in full (sorry no deposits) and we accept it the space is reserved. Until we accept your booking request the space is open for others to book.
Hourly rate: $160
*Any Studio use over the 30 minute buffer will result in additional fees. Cleaning is included in this price
High quality studio equipment: $100
Use of Refrigerator: $25
